ConcrIT is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for civil engineers and construction professionals. It provides finite element method (FEM) calculation tools and reinforcement optimization for reinforced concrete structures, in accordance with SIA 262 and Eurocode 2 standards.

Access to the platform is subject to the Terms of Service accepted upon registration. Use is restricted to duly registered professional or academic users.

All elements of the concrit.ch website and ConcrIT platform — including source code, calculation algorithms, graphical interfaces, texts, graphics, logos, and the "ConcrIT" trademark — are the exclusive property of ConcrIT and are protected under Swiss intellectual property law (CopA, SR 231.1 and TmPA, SR 232.11).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means or process, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of ConcrIT.

Technical standards referenced in the application (SIA 262, Eurocode 2, etc.) remain the property of their respective publishers and are used solely as normative references.

ConcrIT strives to maintain the platform available and functional, without this constituting an obligation of result. ConcrIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time and without prior notice, in particular for maintenance, security, or technical development reasons.

ConcrIT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use the website or platform, data loss, service interruption, or any force majeure event. In any event, ConcrIT's liability is limited to the amounts actually received from the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.

The user is solely responsible for their use of the service and undertakes not to use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to these notices. ConcrIT reserves the right to suspend any user's access without prior notice in the event of abusive or non-compliant use.

Hyperlinks to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only. ConcrIT exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

The processing of users' personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at concrit.ch/confidentialite.

As the data controller, ConcrIT processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, SR 235.1), in force since 1 September 2023, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / EU 2016/679) for users residing in the European Economic Area.

This legal notice and any relationship between the user and ConcrIT are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules.

For any dispute arising from the use of the website or platform, and unless otherwise required by mandatory law, exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts at ConcrIT's place of business, in the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland). The competent court is determined in accordance with the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CPC, SR 272).
